Production Associate, 2nd Shift

Description Spring Valley began on a small family farm in Jackson, WI in 1961 and has grown into a leading manufacturer of fertilizers and ice melter products. From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co‑ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Spring Valley became a part of the Interoceanic (IOC) family of companies in 2022. Our company continues to grow and expand, which presents many new opportunities. Our Jackson, WI plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team! Responsibilities Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials General cleanup of work areas Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc) Pay & Perks $20.00-$25.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience. Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift. We offer cross training opportunities in other areas of production. Excellent communication and organization in a fast paced production environment. Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus!
