Location: Rhode Island
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Telehealth

Reliable access to counseling can make it easier for clients to stay engaged in treatment. As a remote LMHC, you will provide structured care from the first assessment through ongoing therapy and progress review.

This position is best suited to a clinician who communicates clearly, keeps organized records, and can build strong therapeutic relationships through virtual sessions.

Key Duties

• Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Develop treatment recommendations based on clinical findings
• Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
• Help clients strengthen coping and emotional regulation skills
• Review outcomes and modify care plans as appropriate
• Identify cases requiring crisis support or specialized care

Requirements

• Qualifying graduate degree in counseling or a related clinical field
• Valid Rhode Island mental health counselor license
• Previous experience providing direct psychotherapy
• Understanding of clinical ethics and privacy requirements
• Strong organization and caseload-management skills
