What To Expect
The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex engineering projects from concept through closeout. This role works at the intersection of technical execution, cost, schedule, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality and regulatory requirements. Candidates should expect a fast-paced environment with high accountability and direct ownership of project outcomes. What You'll Do Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams through all project phases, from early planning and design through construction and commissioningDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and execution plansServe as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and vendorsManage project risks, changes, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as neededEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements, and company proceduresCoordinate engineering deliverables, reviews, and approvals across disciplinesTrack and report project performance, including cost, schedule, scope, and key milestones What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5–10 years of experience managing engineering or capital projectsDemonstrated experience leading multi-discipline teams (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil, controls)Strong knowledge of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and change managementProven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure environments preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting Benefits
