Marketing Analyst

Job Description Zebra Pen is seeking a highly analytical and driven Marketing Analyst to join our U.S. team in Edison, NJ. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is critical in transforming data into actionable insights that support Sales, Marketing, and Product Development decision‑making. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening Zebra’s position within the Writing Instruments category, and enabling data‑driven business strategies. Responsibilities Insight Development & Reporting Establish and maintain a monthly cadence of insights for Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders Analyze and present market trends including seasonality, pricing, competitive dynamics, and category performance Deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations that translate data into actionable business recommendations Data Analysis & Business Support Leverage multiple data sources, including: Customer POS data Circana Syndicated Market Data Walmart Scintilla Edgewood Consulting Support Product Development through: Identification of new product opportunities Line extension recommendations Pricing strategy insights SKU rationalization and optimization efforts Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales and Marketing teams through participation in sales strategy and cluster meetings Support initiatives led by the Head of Promotion and SKU Optimization Contribute to Zebra’s category leadership positioning through insight-driven storytelling and recommendations Platform & Partner Management Manage relationships with key third‑party data partners, including Circana, Scintilla, and Edgewood Consulting Ensure accurate product classification, reporting integrity, and full utilization of partner platforms Serve as departmental lead for Power BI reporting, partnering with external consultants to ensure platform accuracy and effectiveness Tools & Resource Management Develop and maintain #J-18808-Ljbffr
