Factory Technician - 1st Shift

Factory Technician (1st Shift) A manufacturing position focused on supporting the Central Operations team. The role involves learning and executing tasks across various stations. Shift Hours Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm PT. What You'll Do Rotate through the following stations with on‑the‑job training: Material Prep – receive and transact raw metal; cut to size using an automated bandsaw and basic metrology tools. Tool Crib – assemble and disassemble machine tools, work with pre‑setters, and ensure correct angles and measurements. Part-Mark – use laser, epoxy, ink and other techniques to serialize machined parts. Shipping & Receiving – send out parts and manage visual inspection of parts back from outside processing. Rework – perform manual modifications on parts to meet customer requirements. What We're Looking For Willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow rigid training procedures. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects up to 40 pounds unassisted. Experience with hand tools or pneumatic tools preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
