Reconstruction Project Manager

Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Key Responsibilities Work with homeowners or property managers after a water, fire, or mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre-loss condition Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasks Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Apply for permits and coordinate inspections Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget Communicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team members Position Requirements 8+ years experience as a construction project manager or comparable role Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industry Prior experience with DASH software is a plus Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards Competitive compensation, superior benefits, career progression, professional development, and more!
