The primary responsibility of this role is not to cover shifts, but to develop people, strengthen leadership, and drive performance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional team members and leaders Coach and support Operations Specialists and Shift Leaders Drive sales growth and overall store performance Ensure operational excellence and consistency across locations Build accountability and strengthen team culture Create opportunities for internal growth and leadership development Deliver an exceptional customer experience Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning Success in This Role Successful Multi-Unit Managers build strong teams, develop future leaders, drive accountability, and create consistent results across all assigned locations.
