- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and site regulations
- Understanding of GPS equipment and heavy equipment systems
- Physical stamina for long shifts in demanding job-site environments
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
