Formulation Technician II (12hr days or 12hr nights; 2-2-3 rotating schedule)

Formulation Technician II position at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Greenville, North Carolina, manufacturing sterile injectable pharmaceutical products in a cleanroom environment. Role involves aseptic filling operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with cGMP regulations on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture sterile injectables in compliance with SOPs and current cGMP regulations
• Document production activities in batch records, logbooks, and controlled forms
• Perform aseptic filling tasks including cleanroom operations, line changeovers, autoclaves, filter testing, and isolator operation
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and perform general material handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing, operations, production, or lab experience
• Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
• Basic math and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork capability
• Experience in cGMP environment preferred
