Outpatient Physical Therapist
St. Luke's Hospital
St. Luke’s University Health Network in Town of Hamburg is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients to enhance their functional abilities. The successful candidate will conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and communicate effectively with patients and families. A Doctoral Degree, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in physical therapy is required, along with CPR certification and at least one year of experience in an outpatient setting. This role involves supervising other staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
