NCW is hiring a recruiter to help sustain our growth trajectory in Vinings, GA. You will act as a career mentor and liaison between talent and account representatives, managing the full recruiting cycle and onboarding when needed. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive placement decisions using your judgment and the candidates’ experience.
