Recruitment Specialist | Driving Success in Federal & State Contracts | Helping Clients Build Strong Teams Key Responsibilities: Greet customers upon arrival in the Claims Center. Verify and ensure proper documentation before claim processing. Assist Hoosier Lottery staff with daily office duties. Answer the claims hotline and address customer inquiries. Support PR activities, including photos of winners, as needed. Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience . Ability to operate a telephone and cash register . Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and office operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word . Comfortable using modern office equipment ( computers, fax machines, scanners ).
