Job Overview
The Sortation Center Associate helps organize customer packages before they are transported to their next destination. Associates typically receive, scan, sort, stage, and move packages through a sortation facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive packages entering the facility.
- Scan package labels and routing information.
- Sort packages according to destination.
- Place packages in designated containers, carts, pallets, or staging areas.
- Move packages between processing areas.
- Prepare sorted packages for outbound transportation.
- Identify incorrectly routed or damaged packages.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.

- Assist team members during high-volume processing periods.
