Commercial Service Technician
We are seeking a Commercial Service Technician to serve as a primary service resource for our contractors and direct service customers. This technician will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, startups, and ongoing system maintenance for VRF equipment across commercial applications. The role combines field service work with close collaboration alongside our elite technical support team and direct access to factory-level resources and training. This is a true service position for technicians who enjoy complex problem-solving, hands-on repairs, and working with top-tier VRF technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial VRF systems
- Provide service support to installing contractors and direct service customers
- Execute startups, commissioning, and performance verification for new VRF installations alongside our technical support team.
