Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) Starting Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training | Performance-Based Pay Increases Benefits of WIS Hiring Immediately Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour $200 Referral Bonus 401(k) program, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability plans available Paid travel opportunities and occasional overnight assignments Opportunity to become a paid pharmacy counter – certification required Join a supportive environment where diversity is celebrated What You’ll Do Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program Travel to retail locations Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Climbing ladders when needed Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment What We’re Looking For At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using handheld technology Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coach, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds for this position Driver Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights WIS International is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities.
