Overview
Radiation Therapist – Radiation Therapy Tech in Pittsfield, MA, United States. Start date: August 31, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks (travel - temporary assignment). Weekly pay: $2,772.00 to $2,831.00 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 40 hours per week, days; typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (8-hour days). Setting: inpatient clinical care in a hospital-based environment. Travel assignment with active credentialing and weekly payroll.

- Travel assignment in a clinical setting
- No guaranteed hours Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments and simulations, and conduct dosimetry-related functions
- Fabricate blocks and prepare treatment apparatus as part of the treatment planning process
- Manage the daily treatment schedule on clinical equipment and coordinate with the Radiation Oncologist
- Ensure patient safety and proper care in accordance with departmental and hospital policies
- Perform treatments in scheduled or emergent contexts under supervision; update manuals as needed
- Collaborate with reception, nursing, and physician teams to support comprehensive patient care Requirements
- Active Massachusetts radiology license (must be uploaded with profile)
- ARRT certification (American Registration of Radiologic Technologists)
- Active BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
- Own vehicle required for this travel assignment
- Ability to function independently in a high-stress, fast-paced clinical environment
