General Manager - Path to Ownership at Culver's

We're hiring General Managers across our growing group of Culver's restaurants — roles with full P&L ownership, a real annual bonus, and a defined mentee-to-owner program for GMs who want to one day operate their own Culver's. Compensation:

• $25.00 per hour # - $30.00 per hour # base salary based on experience

The Path to Ownership:

This is the part most QSR jobs can't offer. We have a real, defined mentee-to-owner program for GMs who consistently deliver results and want to build toward operating their own Culver's restaurant. It's not a slogan — it's a structured path with mentorship, business education, and a clear set of milestones.

It takes years of hard work and proven results. Not every GM will get there, and we're honest about that. But if ownership is what you're after, this is one of the few QSR roles in the country with a legitimate path to it.

What You'll Own:

• Full P&L responsibility — sales, labor, food cost, profitability
• Leadership of a 50-80 person team, including your Manager and shift leaders
• Hiring, developing, and retaining great people
• Hitting KPIs: guest satisfaction, speed of service, operational scores
• Food safety, brand standards, and overall restaurant performance
• Building a culture that makes people want to stay

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM, AGM, or strong Manager looking to step up)
• Strong financial acumen — you can read a P&L and act on it
• Confident, calm leader who develops people rather than just managing them
• Comfortable owning outcomes and working independently
• Availability across day, evening, and weekend shifts as the business requires
• Must be 18+
