Join us!Key Responsibilities:-Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards-Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks-Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns-Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency-Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement-Understand and implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS IaC pipelinesRequired Qualifications:-5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services-2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies-2+ years of hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation-2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower-2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices-Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling-Proficiency in Bash/Shell scriptingDesired Qualifications:-Knowledge of Linux operating systems-Experience with container technologies-Working knowledge of Kubernetes-Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams-Architect experience with data platforms such as:RedisMongoDBSingleStoreCockroachDBSkills:Analytical ThinkingApplication DevelopmentAutomationProduction SupportRisk ManagementAdaptabilityArchitectureDevOps PracticesSolution Delivery ProcessSolution DesignBusiness AcumenInnovative ThinkingProject ManagementStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40SummaryLocation: ChandlerType: Full time
