Job Details Location: Concord, NC Specialty: Progressive Care Unit RN Salary: $1,894 per week Start Date: April 27, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12‑hour night shift Requirements Active RN license Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS & ACLS certifications At least 18 months recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step‑down setting Additional requirements determined by the client facility Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit Full coverage of credentialing fees Private housing or housing allowance Group health insurance for you and your family Company‑paid life and disability insurance Travel reimbursement 401(k) matching Referral bonus of up to $1,000 Duties & Responsibilities PCU nurses care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment who are not unstable enough for ICU care. They monitor cardiac and other vital signs, detect changes, and intervene in life‑threatening or emergency situations. Many PCU patients receive complex medications that may require titration based on vital signs. Monitor and assess patients not unstable enough to need ICU care. Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect any changes, thereby enabling intervention in life‑threatening or emergency situations.
