Overview As a Swim Instructor at TS Aquatics, you will lead swimming programs and offer personalized lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in North Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students Monitor and assess student progress, giving feedback and guidance as needed Requirements Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques CPR & First Aid Certified for infant, child & adult Strong communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching skills Ability to manage behavior and handle challenging situations professionally Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial Passion for swimming and working with children #J-18808-Ljbffr Uloop Inc.
