Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders across Technology, Product & AI, Finance, Human Resources, Call Center, and other Shared Services functions to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. What You'll Do Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned departments, partnering with business leaders to develop accurate financial plans. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including budget-to-actual variance analysis and executive-level insights. Analyze historical and current financial data to develop forecasts and identify trends. Support operating expense and capital expenditure planning while promoting cost-conscious decision-making across the organization. Perform ad hoc financial analyses and modeling for senior leadership, including the CFO, VP of Finance, and department heads. Assist with the monthly close process in partnership with Corporate and Brand Controllers. Develop and maintain reports, financial models, and databases to support business planning and performance management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiencies through data-driven recommendations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, or Accounting. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a collaborative environment. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus. The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
