Job Details

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and a strong academic record
• Active bar admission in good standing (New York, D.C., or Illinois preferred, depending on office)
• Prior experience in commercial or complex civil litigation at a well-regarded firm, government agency, or comparable setting
• A judicial clerkship (federal appellate or district court) or equivalent high-level government experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills, including brief writing, motion practice, and/or courtroom or hearing experience
• Ability to manage substantial responsibility on matters with minimal hierarchy, including direct client contact
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach paired with the independence to drive case strategy
• Willingness to travel as needed for trials, hearings, depositions, or client meetings
