Infertility Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) MedCBO, Inc. is a Colorado-based healthcare infrastructure company that empowers independent physician groups to launch, manage, and scale practices. About the Position We are seeking an Infertility Physician to establish or transition into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. The physician will maintain full ownership and clinical control while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. Responsibilities Provide infertility care within your specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing and negotiate payer contracts. Determine clinical services offered and manage clinical quality and patient experience. Lead and maintain practice operations, including staffing, compliance, and financial performance. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows, staffing systems, and technology platform. Practice formation coordination. Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model and ability to obtain practice ownership. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets are available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to state licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary. Financial outcomes vary based on specialty scope, services offered, payer mix, physician activity, and local market conditions. Results are not guaranteed.
