VP, Marketing The VP, Marketing will partner with internal teams (Artist Development, Creative, Streaming, and others) and external stakeholders—including artists, managers, and partners—to strategy, execute, and refine marketing initiatives that support Warner Music Nashville’s roster. This role centers on driving awareness, engagement, and commercial return through a metrics‑driven, audience‑centric approach. Responsibilities Develop and execute artist and project marketing plans, tactics, and concepts to build awareness, affinity, and consumption. Lead acquisition marketing efforts, coordinating with Artist Development and digital teams to maximize e‑mail, social media, web‑based, and traditional marketing campaigns. Leverage first‑party data insights to inform targeting, ad creative, and overall campaign performance. Drive consumer engagement by creating innovative events, experiences, and “first‑of‑its‑kind” initiatives that convert audiences into engaged fans. Collaborate with global WMG marketing teams to synchronize digital marketing strategies across all labels. Plan and market events supporting artists and the company, including industry and label events. Define and measure campaign effectiveness using clear OKRs (Objectives/Key Results). Assist in developing e‑commerce marketing strategies and support related commerce & content roadmaps. Execute integrated marketing campaigns and report on ROI and performance metrics. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels. Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of setting short‑term and long‑term objectives and motivating teams toward high performance. Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving capabilities, driving major projects across departments. Practical business judgment and a commitment to maintaining strong relationships with artist teams and decision‑makers. Experience mentoring and managing staff at various levels. Desired Experience 5+ years in a Vice‑President level consumer marketing role. 5+ years managing digital marketing, direct marketing, or e‑commerce teams. Client and/or agency experience is preferred. Track record of driving revenue growth and brand awareness in a music or media environment. Minimum requirement: 4 days per week in the office.
