Licensed Clinician

Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Clinician to join our remote team serving clients in the LA area (Downey, Long Beach, and surrounding communities). This part‑time role offers competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling (day and evening), remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Credentialing Once hired through Clarvida, the candidate will need to be credentialed through Kaiser. Each practitioner applicant will receive an online credentialing application and password within 5 business days. The process requires a background check, three clinical references within the last 24 months, and submission of all documents electronically. Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and create/update treatment plans Provide individual psychotherapy and monitor progress via progress notes Complete discharge summaries and other required documentation Review cases and clinical outcomes to ensure treatment efficacy Collaborate with care teams and community mental health resources Required Qualifications Licensed in California as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (must meet Board of Behavioral Sciences standards; minimum 1 year of licensure) Experience applying psychological theories in practice Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain clinical records accurately Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred Must reside in California and be able to serve clients in LA County Preferred Qualifications Experience working remotely or providing teletherapy Evening schedule availability Previous part‑time clinical work in a behavioral health setting Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60.00‑$62.00 per hour (remote) Flexible part‑time hours (10‑15 hrs/week), with ability to choose day or evening shifts Access to DailyPay (get paid before payday) Stability and growth potential working with a national agency Free licensure supervision and CEU/training support 401(k) plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance Discounts at national retailers, travel, entertainment, and Verizon under Perks @ Clarvida Mileage reimbursement and company cellphone stipend Work Location Remote setup serving clients in the LA County area (primarily via telehealth / virtual sessions).
