Inside Sales Representative

The company is building a next-generation Inside Sales team and is looking for disciplined, mission-driven professionals to help expand its footprint inside hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehab centers, and home-care providers across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll own relationships inside healthcare facilities, working across nursing, therapy, purchasing, supply chain, facilities management, and value analysis committees to expand existing accounts and open new ones. Much like coordinating across units in the military, you'll serve as the central link between customers, field sales reps, distributors, and internal teams; ensuring information flows clearly and objectives are met. Your focus will be on driving product trials, education, adoption, and long-term customer trust.

You'll also evaluate, onboard, and support distributors while becoming a credible product expert who can confidently speak with both clinical and executive audiences. Veterans with experience briefing leadership, managing multiple stakeholders, and following through under pressure will find their skills translate naturally. Organization, persistence, and professionalism are key, as you manage inbound inquiries and proactively follow up to move opportunities forward.

Salary: $125K+ total first year (Base $75K-85K + Commission) Year 2 - $150K-$175K Total Compensation
