Network Operations Center Tech 2
Join our team as a Network Operations Center Tech 2 based in Portland, OR. This full-time role involves monitoring and maintaining data center environments, providing technical support, and ensuring efficient network operations. Candidates should have experience with network monitoring tools and a strong understanding of network protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple systems for unusual activities or equipment failures.
- Provide technical support to teams or clients as needed.
- Maintain records of alarms and manage customer notifications.
- Coordinate and execute routine maintenance and system upgrades.
- Assist with emergency situations and customer requests.
Qualifications
- Trade school or associate degree preferred.
- 2 years experience in network operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and software.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
