Mobile Heavy Equipment Diagnostics Technician

What a day looks likeYou start your morning by opening work orders on a tablet, pulling live data from a wide range of machine makes and models. With real-time insights from our proprietary T3 platform, you pinpoint root causes fast, line up the right parts, and map out the corrective action. By midday, you’re on-site at a customer job, performing troubleshooting on diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and complex mechanical systems. In the afternoon, you wrap repairs, verify performance, close documentation, and mentor a junior tech on best practices — all while keeping safety at the forefront.What you’ll tackleDiagnose and repair rental and customer-owned heavy equipment — diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems — with independent problem-solvingComfortably use laptops/tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders, pull machine data, and track service intervalsOrder parts and coordinate pick-up/delivery of equipment and components as neededKeep accurate daily electronic records of work performedCoach and support less-experienced technicians when neededTravel to customer sites for field service; maintain a clean, professional service vehicleApply safe work practices; OSHA knowledge preferredParticipate in year-round, company-provided OEM trainingPitch in with additional duties as assignedWhy EquipmentShare feels differentWe put people first and power them with technology.
