Job Description:
Summary
Drives the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce Agentforce (AI-powered agents) to automate customer, partner, and internal workflows. Combines Salesforce platform expertise with conversational AI, orchestration, and enterprise integration capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact digital labor solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce framework with Flows, Apex, and Platform Events for end-to-end automation
• Configure agent flows, prompts, grounding data, and orchestration logic
• Enable use cases across Sales, Service Clouds and AWS Connect
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM data, and external sources
• Ensure context-aware responses using structured and unstructured data sources
• Support real-time and batch data ingestion for AI grounding

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AWS Connect)
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Data Cloud or similar CDP platforms
• Experience with Prompt engineering and conversational design, AI/ML lifecycle management and monitoring
