Role Summary The Respiratory Therapist provides critical respiratory care by assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and evaluating outcomes. They serve as a clinical resource, collaborate with care teams, and offer patient and family education to promote health and healing. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans Administer prescribed medications and provide health education Participate in quality improvement activities and collaborate with team members Support clinical leadership and promote lifelong learning Maintain documentation and complete assigned goals Qualifications & Skills Current state license and RRT credential from the NBRC Recent clinical respiratory care experience Basic computer literacy with Windows and Microsoft Office Certification in BLS; ACLS preferred Successful completion of orientation programs Additional Requirements Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate clinical proficiency Supporting life-long learning and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
