Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Cross sell and upsell to earn more money Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
