The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for defining and executing the company’s commercial growth strategy by identifying target markets, shaping the customer acquisition approach and building a scalable commercial organization. Serving as a strategic business partner to the CEO, COO and CFO, the CCO brings an enterprise-wide perspective that extends beyond functional silos to align commercial initiatives with the overall business strategy.
