PRN RN: Patient Care & Discharge Coordinator

UAB Medicine

UAB Medicine is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in the MedSurg department at UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham. This PRN position supports flexible scheduling and essential care coordination for inpatient services. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, coordinating disciplines, and assisting with discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions.
