Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Shop and Field Welders to support the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals and structural steel. This role offers a mix of shop and local field work with home-daily assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG and Stick welding in vertical, overhead, and out-of-position applications
• Fabricate and install railings, stairs, ladders, ramps, platforms, and structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Take field measurements and assist with layout and installation work
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

• 12 years of MIG and Stick welding experience required
• Experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel preferred
• Ability to weld independently with minimal supervision
• Entry-level welders with co-op or hands-on training will be considered
• Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of East York, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
