Must-Haves

Prior experience in Skilled Nursing , Long-Term Care , or Rehab

At least 6 months to 1 year of LPN experience (LTC, sub-acute, or similar)

Ability to work every other weekend
Strong medication administration skills
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with EMR charting systems
Experience working with geriatric or dementia populations
Ability to assist with wound care, treatments, and supervision of CNAs

What You’ll Be Doing

Administering medications and treatments
Providing hands-on care and support with daily nursing tasks
Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting changes
Ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent documentation
Collaborating closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
