Caregiver positions at Addus HomeCare are hiring immediately. This entry‑level position offers flexible full‑time or part‑time hours. Starting wage $18/hr plus travel reimbursement. Caregiver Benefits Competitive pay - $18/hr Daily pay available for select positions. Flexible schedule – full time and part time available. Direct deposit. Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with personal care. Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance. Transport client to appointments and daily errands. Caregiver Qualifications Able to pass a criminal background check. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Reliable transportation. Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated, and well‑organized. Provide two references (one professional, one personal). Employees and dependents are offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund, including medical, prescription, dental, vision benefits. Employees eligible to enroll in employer‑sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (age 21+). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year) and paid holidays for employees who have worked at least one year with the company; requires working at least 30 hours per week.
