Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary nutrition resource for patients, healthcare providers, and the community.
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).
• Perform comprehensive assessments, create customized care plans, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes.
• Develop and deliver educational programs for patients, healthcare professionals, and community groups.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (4-year program required).
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Pennsylvania Dietitian-Nutritionist Licensure (PA licensure eligibility acceptable; must obtain licensure within 120 days of employment).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (if applicable).

Essential Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in clerical tasks such as keyboarding and managing multi-line phone systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for record-keeping and presentations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience Level: 1–2 years (entry-level professionals encouraged to apply).
• Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree (not mandatory).
• Key Attributes: Attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to delivering quality care.
• Additional Considerations: No prior management experience required; travel not anticipated.
