Founded in 2002, BackFit is a premier multi-specialty integrative health organization with 10 locations across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. We specialize in physical medicine, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and non-prescriptive medical pain management.

To provide an even more holistic and comprehensive healing experience for our patients, we are expanding our service offerings and looking for passionate, licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

• Client-Centric & Approachable: Maintain a warm, welcoming demeanor while proactively anticipating client needs to create a relaxing, supportive environment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excel at listening to client concerns, communicating clear post-treatment self-care advice, and discussing tailored treatment plans.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping regarding client intake, treatment notes, and progress tracking.
• Clinical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, kinesiology, and various therapeutic massage modalities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations & Flexibility: Provide professional massage therapy coverage across both East Valley and West Valley clinics as needed, adapting seamlessly to different scheduling and departmental demands.
• Therapeutic Treatment & Floor Oversight: Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and tranquil environment.
• Client Intake & Assessment: Conduct thorough initial assessments, review medical histories, check vital signs when necessary, and maintain strict client safety and confidentiality.
• Equipment & Treatment Management: Properly sanitize treatment spaces, manage massage tools and lubricants, and complete SOAP notes
• Client Education & Wellness Promotion: Educate clients on the benefits of regular bodywork, recommend targeted stretching or self-care routines, and promote complementary clinic services and wellness products.
• Administrative Support: Efficiently maintain accurate treatment records, complete timely follow-up calls, and track client referrals to ensure continuity of care.
