Maintenance Technician – HVAC Certified
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary |  Start: ASAP
Duration: At least 2 weeks
Location: On- siteResponsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including  HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and masonry .
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnover/preparation.
• Maintain grounds and property curb appeal.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide professional customer service to residents.

Requirements

• HVAC certification required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a diverse group of people.
• On-call availability required.
