We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care in a supportive environment, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life Implement individualized care plans/goals tailored to each client's needs and preferences Monitor behavior and daily activities Light housekeeping Transportation to appointments and errands Accompany members on recreational activities Requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others Reliable Transportation Valid Arizona Driver's License At least 1 year Caregiver experience or similar An Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one* CPR /First Aid Certification* Article 9* *If you do not already possess these trainings Sweetwater Care can assist in obtaining them Pay $17.00 - $21.00/hour Flexible Scheduling or Full Time May Be Available About Us Sweetwater Care has been serving the Phoenix community for almost a decade, providing exceptional care and support to individuals and their families.
