Responsibilities Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations and show sensitivity to individual needs. Work as a team, follow direction, and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for employees and customers. Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar. Work hard and enjoy the experience. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department regulations and hold ServSafe certification. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties such as moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
