Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer Great Minds® is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative team—someone who brings strong design fundamentals, fresh thinking, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. Reporting to the Design Manager, you'll help shape how Great Minds shows up across marketing and communications—from high-impact PowerPoint presentations and digital campaigns to marketing collateral and branded experiences. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content partners to create thoughtful, engaging, and impactful work. Great Minds is entering a new stage of growth and product maturity. Our long-term vision is to become a true partner in impact—not just delivering curriculum, but supporting educators in achieving outcomes at scale. Responsibilities include designing compelling PowerPoint presentations, creating marketing collateral, supporting the development of event graphics, collaborating with marketing and content partners, applying and upholding Great Minds brand standards, bringing fresh ideas to established design systems, developing design concepts, sourcing and retouching photography, preparing production-ready files, managing multiple projects, and incorporating feedback. Requirements include 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, strong understanding of typography and brand consistency, ability to translate complex information into clear visuals, experience working within brand guidelines, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a curious, adaptable mindset. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Canva and other collaborative design tools, experience working with education or mission-driven organizations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Required education is a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000-$68,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives. A cover letter and resume are required to be considered for this position.
