• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer innovative physical therapy interventions that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab specialists to successfully enhance treatment outcomes.
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and vital home exercises.
• Diligently document each evaluation, treatment, and progress according to facility and regulatory standards.
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings, ensuring a seamless and coordinated approach to patient care.

What does it take to join our team? You will need:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar accredited degree.
• A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is preferred, and additional specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are a plus.
• Previous clinical experience is strongly recommended, alongside the capability of treating patients with complex medical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, alongside proficiency in digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
