Position Overview We are seeking a Store Manager with strong hospitality and customer service skills to lead our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creating a positive customer experience both in person and over the phone, while also managing the daily operations of the store. Qualifications Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred. Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face‑to‑face and over the phone. Basic computer skills and comfort with point‑of‑sale systems. Valid driver’s license required.
