• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Locum Tenens, General Anesthesia
• Location: Flint, Michigan 48532, a welcoming community with a strong regional healthcare presence and convenient access to local amenities
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,300 - $6,640
• Start Date: August 1, 2026
• End Date: October 31, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week; 10- to 12-hour shifts
• Call: None
• Setting: Hospital anesthesia department
• Team Environment: Supervised anesthesia practice model with a collaborative surgical services team

Job Requirements

• Active Michigan CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Clean background and no malpractice history required for quick credentialing
• New graduates welcome
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a high-volume hospital environment
• Ability to provide anesthesia care within a supervised practice model

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases in a hospital setting
• Work alongside physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to deliver safe, efficient perioperative care
• Prepare patients for anesthesia and monitor them throughout procedures
• Support approximately 35 surgical cases per day across 16 operating rooms
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established anesthesia protocols
• Deliver high-quality patient care with professionalism and attention to detail
