Student Care Case Manager — Triage, Referrals & Intake

The University of North Florida is seeking a Care Case Manager to support students within the Care Services unit. Responsibilities include triaging and processing cases, supporting the Exceptional Withdrawal process, and coordinating referrals. The ideal candidate should meet qualifications related to background checks, Title IX responsibilities, and Clery Act training.
