Sr Technical Product Specialist, Hematology/Urinalysis

About the Role The Senior Technical Product Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics works with the sales team to provide subject‑matter expertise and support in Hematology and Urinalysis throughout the sales cycle. The role is fully remote and part of the North American Commercial Operations Team. Responsibilities Serve as subject‑matter expert for Beckman Coulter and non‑Beckman Coulter hematology and urinalysis product lines. Collaborate closely with Sales Executives on account and campaign strategies, ensuring removal of obstacles and technical issues. Provide peer‑level expertise to highly technical customers, engaging in side‑by‑side evaluations or case‑study reviews. Act as business‑unit liaison for new and future product introductions. Conduct customer workflow optimization analysis, technical presentations, VIP and demo van demonstrations, and wet/dry demonstrations of instrumentation at customer sites. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and clinical laboratory certification (ASCP or equivalent). 7+ years of clinical laboratory/hematology experience. Proficient knowledge of hematology and urinalysis workflow, normal and abnormal patient results, and clinical picture. Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook). Ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred Qualifications Certified Specialist in Hematology (SH) or similar certification. Experience in clinical laboratory management or supervision. Experience in sales, persuasive presentations, and negotiating skills. Remote Work This position allows full‑remote work from the United States. Remote work arrangements and logistical details will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation Salary range: $105,000 – $130,000 annually, with potential bonus or incentive pay.
