b19 Consulting is seeking a Principal EHV Transmission Line Engineer to join a leading utility consulting and engineering firm. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced transmission engineer with a strong background in EHV 765kV transmission line design.

The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, leading complex transmission line projects, working directly with clients and internal teams, supporting business development, and mentoring engineers across the organization.

Ideal Skillset of the successful Principal EHV Transmission Line Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of transmission line engineering and design experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading design efforts on 765kV transmission line projects.
• High proficiency with PLS-CADD and other transmission line design software.
• Experience within an electric utility, EPC, or utility consulting environment.
• Strong client-facing, technical writing, communication, and project leadership skills.
• PE license preferred.
