Orthopedic Surgeon

Requirements:

• MD or DO candidates.
• Orthopedic residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction (Joints) fellowship completion required, experience in Complex joint revision (ie: periprosthetic fracture care, prosthetic joint infection management).
• Board certified or board eligible candidates.
• Texas license required, or willingness to obtain.
• Team player attitude; Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Ideal candidate would have a combined fellowship but will also consider a Joints fellowship trained candidate with a fracture care mindset.

• Employed full-time position with Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG) with Fort Worth Orthopedic Trauma Specialists, including competitive salary and benefits.
• Texas has tort reform and no state income tax!
• Practice on the campus of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, a Level I Trauma Center.
• This is a full-time position.
• Very good access to OR.
• General Orthopedic call schedule, and on-call for trauma cases related to joint injury.
