Grande Colonial is seeking a Human Resources Director to develop and direct all personnel activities including employee relations, benefits, training, health and safety, employee services, and policies. The role balances a positive employee experience with business objectives as a department of one, with 3–5 years HR hotel experience preferred and bilingual English/Spanish desirable.
